Our Mission
At Elma Vada, we manufacture individually engraved gifts and awards — so that every employee, client, and partner is recognized by name, not by company logo.
Our Vision
At Elma Vada, we envision a future where every company treats recognition as seriously as the work it rewards. Over the next five years, we aim to personalize gifts year-round from our own production facility, supported by annual corporate contracts, government contracts for gifts and awards, and a strong direct-to-consumer brand.
We aspire to build a reputation that attracts national brands and agency partners while creating opportunities for our team to grow and build meaningful careers.
Our Contribution
Social responsibility is important to our business because we want to support the community where we live and operate. One way we currently do this is by donating custom engraved pens for community events in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. These donations help local organizers provide useful, personalized items for their events while also allowing us to contribute our products and production capabilities to the community.

Planning gifts for your employees, clients, partners, or an upcoming event? An Elma Vada representative can visit your office in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to discuss your project in person.
We’ll review your gifting needs, quantities, timeline, and personalization options, and bring samples for you to explore.
You’ll also receive a complimentary pen engraved with your name or company logo.

What information should I send for a quote?
Share the occasion, estimated quantity, target date, delivery location and any artwork you already have. A budget range helps narrow the options.
Can every gift have a different name?
Include personalization requirements in your request. We will confirm the suitable product, method and recipient-list format for the project.
Can I review a mockup or sample first?
Get a free custom mockup before you order. Physical samples are available for qualifying projects; our team will confirm arrangements and any delivery cost. Request a sample. For an in-person review, request an office visit in Dallas–Fort Worth. Our representative comes to your office; the location and appointment details require confirmation.
How long will my order take?
Small orders can be ready in as little as 1 business day. Turnaround time varies by product, quantity, design complexity, artwork approval, and inventory availability. Your quote will confirm the project schedule; shipping time is separate.
