What information should I send for a quote?
Share the occasion, estimated quantity, target date, delivery location and any artwork you already have. A budget range helps narrow the options.
Can every gift have a different name?
Include personalization requirements in your request. We will confirm the suitable product, method and recipient-list format for the project.
Can I review a mockup or sample first?
Get a free custom mockup before you order. Physical samples and in-person sample reviews are available for qualifying projects; our team will confirm arrangements and any delivery cost. Request a sample.
How long will my order take?
Small orders can be ready in as little as 1 business day. Turnaround time varies by product, quantity, design complexity, artwork approval, and inventory availability. Your quote will confirm the project schedule; shipping time is separate.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We handle orders from 1 to 5,000+ units. Share the product, quantity and artwork so we can confirm pricing and availability.
Can you work with my existing artwork?
Share your logo or design and any brand guidelines. Vector files are helpful; we will review the file and confirm any preparation needed.
Can you engrave items I already own?
Send the exact product, material, dimensions and quantity before bringing or shipping items. Suitability and any risks need to be reviewed first.
Can I request gift packaging?
Yes, include presentation and packing requirements in your inquiry so available options can be discussed and included in the quote.
Can gifts be sent to different recipients?
Tell us how many destinations are involved and the required dates. Availability, address handling and fulfillment charges must be confirmed for the project.
Do you handle repeat orders?
Tell us which project or design you want to repeat. We will review current product availability, quantities and any changes before quoting.
Can you meet a fixed event date?
Share the date at the start. We will review material availability and production requirements before confirming a schedule; do not assume a rush order is available.
Can I send an SVG logo?
Yes. SVG and PDF artwork are welcome. Use the upload field when available, share a viewable link, or email your file to daria@elmavada.com. We review artwork before production.
